On a day where most were at the Air Show, Concerts, or watching BSU take down the 19th ranked SDSU Aztecs... there were a select few that gathered downtown at Capital Park to show support, raise awareness, and applaud some of the absolute most incredible souls on this planet.

Join us on Saturday, October 8, 2016 and celebrate some of the coolest kids and coolest families in the Treasure Valley.

Rick, Carly, and the rest of the WOW Country 104.3 staff were at the 13th Annual Buddy Walk today to promote the acceptance of people with down syndrome and to celebrate Down Syndrome Awareness Month in October. Check out all the photos above...

Saturday, October 10th is going to be a really cool day! Rick & I will be hosting the Buddy Walk in association with the Treasure Valley Down Syndrome Association.

WOW 104.3's Alana Lynn, from Randy and Alana in the Morning, was MCing the Treasure Valley Down Syndrome Association Buddy Walk. The beginning of the race started at Capital Park and finished at Julia Davis Park, check out the photos.

As you may know if you listen to the radio program my youngest daughter, Isabelle, has Down syndrome.  When she was born, the amount of support our family received from the Treasure Valley was incredible.
