Tricked Hot Rods, Trucks, Motorcycles and More at Expo This Weekend
The Boise Roadster Show is here!!! This weekend (March 12-15) wicked street machines of all types are on display at Expo Idaho. The massively cool event kicked off today and will be sticking around all weekend.
This show is an incredible experience for just about everyone at just about every age. Kids to adults will be fascinated by what custom designs enthusiasts have created on everything from classic cars to new cars, to oversized trucks to tricked out trucks to crazy motorcycles and so much more.
The show is celebrating its 48th year. The Boise Roadster Show has been consistently around for so long because it is so fun and worthy of a visit. They bring the oos and aahs every time to adults and kids. The event has so much to see that it fills all three indoor buildings at Expo Idaho.
The whole show is also a contest. The top prize of the Roadster Show is known as the Goldmark. The grand prize is $1,000 in cash, plus a cool embroidered jacket and special award statue. There are other awards given through the show too like The "Essence of Cool", Trendsetter, Wild One, Fire Rod, Mighty Fine, Tompkins Cup, Jack's Pick and more.
Check the show out until 10pm tonight, Tomorrow Saturday it will be open from 10am to 10pm, on Sunday March 15th from 10am to 5pm. Cost is $13 for adults, ages 6 - 12 are $4 and 5 and under can enjoy for free. It should also be noted that The Boise Roadster Show is following guidelines with social distancing, hand washing, and face covering requirements.
