It's the kind of story that makes you stick to your stomach.  The good news is that this guy is now off the streets.  30-year-old Arthur Chavarria has been sentenced to 3 years - and up to 10 - in prison after he was caught in possession of child pornography plus intentions of committing a sexual act on, who he thought anyways, was a 14-year-old girl.

The Internet Crimes Against Children task force began investigating Chavarria when they received word from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that he was trading child pornography via his Twitter account.  The ICAC issued a search warrant on Twitter and found more than 40 images of children involved in sexual acts.

An ICAC investigator posing as a 14-year-old girl began messaging Chavarria and eventually he went to Karcher Mall intent on having sex with her.  HUNDREDS more images of child porn were found on his phone.

Judge Vandervelde told Chavarria at the sentencing, "you have admittedly possessed multiple horrific images depicting prepubescent children.  You perpetuated the child pornography industry and revictimized these children. I do believe you need treatment but also believe there has to be a punishment and society has to be protected."
