Someone Finally Bought Aaron Paul's Amazing Boise Home!

Paul's $1.3M Boise Bench home FINALLY sold. An Idaho native and co-star of the award-winning Breaking Bad television series, Paul first listed his two-bed, two-bath 2,171 square-foot home in the summer of 2022.

Why then did this residential beauty take so long to sell? The Warm Springs Avenue single family residence was relisted on Zillow on Dec. 7.

A House or a Work of Art?

Built in the late 1950s, the home's unique design was inspired by Frank Lloyd-Wright, a master American architect known for creating the "Prairie Style" aesthetic. An absolutely stunning example of midcentury modern design, Paul's breathtaking "Klein House" is the work of the late Art Troutner. An Idaho native-turned-legendary architect, Troutner was described as a "poetic engineer" by the University of Idaho's Jonathan Reich.

What makes a home midcentury modern? According to The Spruce, "Mid-century modern homes are characterized by very wide, low footprints with large, open spaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an emphasis on bringing the outdoors in."

When it comes to Idaho celebrities, the list isn't TOO long--at least not compared to much larger states. There are the athletes like Kellen Moore or Kristin Armstrong and of course, there's Aaron Paul. Best known for his role in "Breaking Bad", Aaron Paul is a local guy that is never afraid to show some love back to the Gem State. Recently, an entire forum online sought to track him down...here are just a few of the suggestions.
