One Of The Most Popular Democrats In The Country In Idaho Today

This afternoon, one of the most well-known names being tossed around in American politics today will be hosting a quick, private fundraiser to help raise money for Vice President Kamala Harris.

The event will be taking place at a reception in Ketchum, but the time and location have not been disclosed at this time.

You'd be hard pressed not to hear this person's name mentioned on the news on a daily basis.

The person in question visiting Idaho for a quick stop? Vice President Kamala Harris' husband, Second gentleman Doug Emhoff.

Obviously, he's out on the campaign trail stumping for his wife and trying to encourage Americans to get out and vote. Other than fundraising, we don't know any other reason (again, at this time) why Emhoff chose Ketchum, and this event in particular to fundraise.

You may or may not be surprised to hear that Doug Emhoff isn't the only person with name-recognition getting behind the Harris campaign in support of the Vice President. Numerous musicians, many rappers in particular, have come out in full support of Harris as our next president.
