Fish? In Idaho? Of course it's amazing!  Here in Idaho we're home to some of the best waters for wild caught Salmon and Trout.

Seafood? Not so much.

With the likes of Lake Lowell being about as exotic as it gets for sea creatures in our area, one has to do a little research to find the best 'seafood' in the area.

One of the most surprising discoveries? According to Yelp, Idaho's 'best' is actually a Mexican Seafood spot that has developed a real 'cult-like' following over the years.

Perhaps even more exciting? They just announced they're opening up a second location coming to the Treasure Valley, soon!

The news is breaking Boise's internet--and the fans of this very popular Mexican Seafood spot are absolutely ecstatic -- not only to have a second location to visit but in support of amazing, local ownership! Take a look!

Doesn't ALL of this look delicious!?

If you check out the Yelp write-up, you'll learn that fans of Nampa's 'Pollos y Mariscos' are particularly fond of stuffed jalapenos, giant shrimp cocktails, and fried octopus!

By the way, if you aren't into seafood--they're home to some great tacos and chicken (hence the 'Pollos' in the name) as well!

While the Meridian location will be opening soon, take our word for it and head out to Nampa for a taste, NOW!

Fish in Idaho? It isn't a rarity -- there are lots of amazing places to get fish and seafood, even in taco form!
