Lawmakers will soon have a decision to make.  Instead of men being drafted if they are in the age range of 18-26, women might soon be included.

Geothermally heated pools, hot springs often are formed from hot streams and waterfalls coming from the earth’s crevices.  There are many in Idaho and what better way to warm up than hopping in a hot spring?

As a kid I always wondered if life would actually indeed look like The Jetson's and we'd be orbiting around in hovercrafts instead of driving in cars one day in the future.  Well the hovercraft hasn't quite happened but there is a step in that direction with the new driverless car.

Meet Maple, the newest addition to my family.  We have had her less than a week but I wanted to show you the pictures when she is a baby and share some adorable stories with you as I'm sure you have many of those stories yourself of your pets and it will bring back nice memories for you.  I hope to bring her to some WOW104.3 events so she can meet you.

I'm super excited about next fall when the bridge going over the Boise River is finished and  it will be safe and easy to walk to the BSU games without feeling like you might fall into traffic.  As tough as it is for thousands of us commuters (not having a bridge for almost a year), I think it will be a huge improvement and a great decision for Boise.  But no floating the river????

I never thought I'd see the day when Barbie would be much different than she was since the day I got my first one as a little girl.  I used to love playing Barbie and in all fairness I don't think it really bothered me what her size was.  However looking back and taking into consideration of the pressure us girls put on ourselves to look "perfect" maybe it did bug me deep down.   Read Mo
