It can be tempting at times to show a certain finger to an officer, but by doing so are you setting yourself up to be arrested, or can you get away with it?
Last year after posting a video on TikTok responding to or more like mocking Labron James (see below) former Bellevue Marshal deputy officer Nate Silvester became nearly a household name. He had major success with a GoFund me page and also has a published book out.
According to a social media post from Ned Burns, The Bellevue mayor, Silvester was officially terminated on Thursday. The Mayor says that the decision to terminate was made by the Bellevue Marshals Office and had nothing to do with the viral tik tok video. Silvester has been under investigation for some time for previous policy violations.
Not only is he back at work as an officer, and earned nearly half a million from a go fund me page but he also is reportedly working on a book. He told KTVB that the working title is "Never Off Duty."
