Smoky haze may be a thing in Idaho for another six weeks, and that's if zero new wildfires emerge. The fires that are eating up acres of Idaho land now may not be fully contained until mid-September.

So I learned something new today that I feel like I should have been educated on long, long ago. In my 35 years I somehow missed the important life memo that stored batteries can cause fires. Housefires, apartment fires, you name it, fires.
Mother nature is pretty moody these days. Can we just have a giant hose stretch across the country? We will take care of their flooding issues if their water can take care of our fire issues.
