Thousands of runners and walkers will take over Boise for St. Luke’s FitOne this Saturday. Whether you’re participating or just trying to get around town, here’s what you need to know.

Over 13,000 people ran FitOne. We saw Moms pushing strollers, athletes who have won many races, grandparents, and teenagers, but one little girl and her father left a lasting impression.
