If it's Friday night, you KNOW the party is gonna be on at Cowgirls!  It's Ladies Night so ladies are in free as well as EVERYONE with a Military ID.  Plus if you show up for Dirt Road Dancing (free swing dancing lessons) around 8, you're in free for the rest of the night...

So a friend of mine invited me out to party on 8th Street over the weekend and of course!, one of the best parts of partying downtown on a Saturday night is all the great late night eats you can find.  As I was walking home I stumbled upon El Gallo Giro, and I think I may have found one of my new go-tos for end of the night food in Boise...

So this was my first ever FitOne Race since moving to Boise.  Gotta say it was such a cool thing to be a part of. It was so great to see the community come out for this like they did and support such a great cause.  I need to start getting in shape so I can participate next year...

It was another great Friday night at Cowgirls in Kuna!  The place was packed and everybody enjoyed drink specials, dancing, and some even walked away with Corey Smith tickets.  Here's a look at what you missed if you couldn't make it out.  Don't worry though...

So I hit up Prost recently downtown.  It was absolutely fantastic, although I will say that I guess I was a little surprised at the just MASSIVE sized beers that they serve there.  HOWEVER, that is not at all a bad thing.......I mean come on, is a guy really gonna complain about getting too big of a beer :P Loved it and will totally go back...

Fresh off vocal surgery, Tyler Farr is back in a BIG way with his new single "Our Town." It's the first single from his upcoming 3rd album which is set to be released in 2017.  All we can say is, if this is only the first single we can't wait to hear what the rest of the album is gonna sound like...

So when I walked out the door to our building the other day, what a surprise it was to see a whole family of deer just chillin' on our grass.  They didn't seemed phased by me at all either. I've lived places before where you'll see the occasional deer, but I've never seen any that could care less that a human being was literally a few feet from them...

Ever been there? You're sitting there after a hectic morning finally getting to take a break and enjoy your lunch, and here they come.......the lunch bullies (okay maybe that's a little harsh, but you get the idea).  And so what if you've eaten literally the same thing everyday for years...
