Boise School District recently announced their proposal to implement free full-day kindergarten within their district.

When I read through the first few words of this headline I was upset, wondering how someone could be so irresponsible.  When I read through the rest, I was upset with myself for my immediate judgement.

Nampa is looking to join Boise and West Ada School Districts in offering full-time kindergarten classes next year.
