One of the many great things about Southern Idaho, is the geothermal water. There are so many naturally heated springs around the area. Some are hidden in rivers or require an adventure to find.

Others are easily accessible and offer other perks.

Check Out the Newly Remodeled Family Dome at Idaho’s Miracle Hot Springs

Miracle Hot Springs has shared a few pictures of their newly remodeled Family Dome on social media, and they aren’t exaggerating when they say remodeled. I stayed in the Family Dome a few years ago and while it was nice to be warm in the winter, it was a lot less decorated and modernized.

The new dome has flooring, 2 king beds, a hangout area with a couch, table, and chairs. There’s also a dining (or game) table with chairs. Plus, the Family Dome has a private geothermal hot tub included and an outdoor patio.

Miracle Hot Springs posted that the dome is now available for reservations with openings beginning in November.

Looking at the reservation calendar, the first few days of November are booked and prices start at $315 per night. Miracle also has a King Dome and Queen Domes.

The remodeled dome looks amazing. I don’t remember everything about my stay there, but I think the floor was concrete, the dome walls were a dull white, and there weren’t beds. There was a fridge though.

The acoustics in the dome were also crazy. I don’t know if the remodel affected the way sound bounces around, but there were specific places you could stand on the opposite side from someone, have them whisper, and it would sound like they were right next to you.
