9/11 Memorial

So my cousin got married in Jersey over the weekend and I took my Mom along with me.  Of course though, being this close to NYC we had to check out a few of the sights. Ya know, spend a little Mother/Son time basically just being tourists :P It was amazing what we were able to see in such a short amount of time...

About two years ago I was fortunate to take a trip to the 9/11 memorial and museum in New York City.  Of course we all wish this was something we didn't have to build, but if you ever get the chance to go DON'T pass it up.  The people who designed everything simply couldn't have done a better job and it was one of the most breathtaking and humbling experiences of my life...
