12 dogs that were raised to be sold to a South Korean meat market have been saved and will now find homes here in Boise.

Jardo the Boise Police K9 was involved in the manhunt Friday that ended with two Boise Police Officers being shot. Jardo was shot in the chest and wouldn't be here if it wasn't for this.
