Chihuahua Takes a Little Joyride

Meet Toby; a young Chihuahua from Washington, with a big taste for adventure.  This lady didn't really know what to think when she got in an accident on her way home with a dog driving the other car, but really, what would be the first thing you think of?  My first thought was that it was actually the dogs owner who fled the scene immediately after the collision, and left Toby in the drivers seat to take the fall.  How else could the car get all the way out of the parking lot and into the street if Toby can't reach the pedals?  Then again, I'm reminded of that one time when I was 3 years old and I did the same thing with my moms car, and backed out of the drive way into a phone pole.  Those old Buicks are really easy to handle.  Unfortunately the only form of ID I had on me at the time was a used lottery ticket I found in the glove box which I gave to the officer, but he didn't accept it.  So I got in a bit of trouble with the law; my mom wasn't too happy either.  Everyone got a good laugh, just like in this story about Toby "The Reckless-Driving Chihuahua.  Try to count all the dog puns when you watch this clip for some extra fun.
