
Firebird Raceway Lights Up Eagle For Its 55th Nightfire Nationals
The 55th Annual Nightfire Nationals roar into Firebird Raceway in Eagle, Aug. 6-9.

This is the biggest event of the year that attracts thousands to the raceway that's been in operation since 1966.
All manner of fast vehicles have raced the legendary 1/4 mile track over the decades.

The Nightfire Nationals 2026 features several of the top racing classes. Including Sportsman, AA/Funny Cars, AA/Fueld Dragsters, AA/Fuel Altereds, Pro Mods, and the crowd favorite fire-blasting jet cars. Also, the thrilling motorcycle and sled races too.
Nightfire Nationals Is The Signature Drag Racing Event In Idaho
If you love the smell of nitro and burning rubber, this is your event.
Some of the biggest names in drag racing have competed at The Nightfire Nationals over the years including Don "The Snake" Prudhome, John Force, Ed "The Ace" McCulloch, and "Jungle Jim" Liberman just to name a few.

With times in the sub 3 second range and top speeds exceeding 300 mph, drag racing is literally the fastest motorsport on earth.

Thousands of dollars are on the line every day of competition, as well as, the title of "King Of The Nightfire", which is the signature event every year.
Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the gate for adults. Just $5 in advance or $10 at the gate for children 6-12 years old. 5 and under are free. Those prices are for any of the three days, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
There is a 3 day super pass for $75 in advance or $80 at the age for adults.
