Free Prom Dress Boutique Opens In The Treasure Valley

This morning we talked with Monica Stamper who is the founder of Dresstravaganza which is a super fancy name for a place where girls can get their prom dresses for free!  They are located at the Boise Outlets this year and will even have Paul Mitchell on hand to do complete hair and make-up.
