International Migratory Day is this Saturday, May 13th! Treat yourself to a day at the
World Center for Birds of Prey!

If you've never been to the World Center for Birds of Prey - you're really missing an incredible piece of local coolness! It's an amazing place to visit, and if you think you just look at birds....then you really need to go check it out.

There are live raptor presentations throughout the day. You kids can check out the Discovery Room where they get to handle eggs, feathers, puzzles...even costumes.

You can see some of the raptors they are rehabilitating from all over the world!  It's a cool place and Saturday, May 13th - they will be celebrating all the migratory bird species, and how YOU can help. The Peregrine Fund, the Intermountain Bird Observatory, Idaho Fish and Game MK Nature Center, and the Golden Eagle Audubon Society have a fun day planned with activities, hands on art projects, guided birding walks and live raptor presentations.

Food will be available in the courtyard, courtesy of Foxy Franks.
