The first date was at Barbacoa and we started with some tableside Guacamole. This is arguably the best "Guac" in the Treasure Valley and today is National Guacamole Day
Choose a diet, any diet and Guacamole is almost always on the list of healthy fats to eat. My wife, son, and daughter could live on a spoon with Avacado. Me? Hell no! However, I will eat every bit of Guacamole without question. I'll even grab Avacado chips in the forbidden aisle
