Okay. You made it thru the application process. HR decided they wanted YOU to come in for an interview. In a time when the job market is so competitive it’s the companies that have the edge….they can pick the right person and fit for their company.
You get the interview scheduled. Now what to wear? Even before the ever important handshake your future employer will notice what you are wearing. Ug. The pressure, right? Her outline for color goes as follows:
Black = leadership (where black if you’re going for a job in management)
Blue = Team Player
Gray = conveys you are logical/analytical and is generally good for most any profession.
White = organized
Green, yellow, orange and purple = conveys you are creative
