3 Idaho Locations, One Big Debate Over America’s Favorite Restaurant
Idaho Reacts to America’s Favorite “Restaurant” Chain
I promise you right now that it's not what you think. It's not a steakhouse, a coffee shop, or a fast-food restaurant. It's something you probably wouldn't even consider a restaurant. I sure don't. But you won't disagree with me when I say it sure makes people and their stomachs one happy customer.
Idaho’s Love for Nothing Bundt Cakes
According to Eat This Not That released a list of the Top 10 voted for restaurant chains, Nothing Bundt Cakes is #1. With multiple locations in Idaho, Nothing Bundt Cakes appears to have won over Americans, whether it's celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or just some random Thursday. I get it though, the cakes are delicious and don't get me started on that frosting.
But... Is It Really a Restaurant?
I've been thinking about something you are since I originally read the article. Is Nothing Bundt Cake really a restaurant? There's no sit-down dining, no savory items, no apps, and their beverage selection... well, it begins and ends with coffee. Sure, we're all for celebrating their bundt cakes, but calling it a restaurant is like labeling your local coffee shop as fine dining.
My Final Thought
Regardless of the title or definitions, Nothing Bundt Cake clearly resonates with people. Whether you're team "it's a bakery" or team "it's a restaurant," I think we can all agree on one thing, and that's it's a delicious cake or cupcake and it makes people happy. Go and enjoy that cream cheese frosting.
