70 Yrs-Life for Idaho Murder

21 year old Jacob Lyn Marshall will spend 70 years to life in prison for this Twin Falls murder. 

It happened July 25, 2015 when Jacob Marshall test drove a 1991 Mitsubishi 3000 that Jasper Qualls had advertised on Craigslist.

According to KTVB, After Marshall and his friend Jerry Kimball test drove the car with Jasper Qualls and his father in-law, 53 year old Kent Storrer, Marshall shot both Qualls and Storrer.

Kent Storrer died and Qualls was injured.

Jacob Marshall and Jerry Kimball then stole the Mitsubishi 3000 and were arrested after a police chase.

Marshall plead guilty to murder, robbery, and battery back in June and now he will most likely spend the rest of his days behind bars.
