Two women are making it possible for kids in the Treasure Valley to be athletes.

Idaho Youth Adaptive Sports Camp in Boise lets kids in wheelchairs participate in several different sports including swimming, canoeing, fishing, tennis, basketball, archery, and rugby.

Emily Kovarik and Christine Walsh say "it teaches the kids what is out there in the world."

The camp is so popular it draws kids from all over the region including Washington, Utah, Oregon, Montana and Wyoming.
