My kids are always hungry after school. Here's their favorite healthy snack!

Don't get me wrong, I'm no "Martha Stewart." We have fruit snacks, chips, and cookies in the cupboard. However, I do try to encourage them to make healthy choices once in a while, and this is one snack that they love to make and they can make themselves.

  • slice apples (red or green)
  • spread with peanut butter, nutella, or my favorite, cookie butter
  • top with granola, dried fruit, chocolate chips, and or coconut

The kids have so much fun making different combinations!
