Best Heath Ledger as the Joker Impression Ever

As I'm getting to know my new co-workers better I'm finding out all kinds of unique things about them. For example just the other day, one of our promotions guys Dex broke out with his impression of Heath Ledger as the Joker and wow was I blown away.  You might remember Ledger won a posthumous Oscar for his role as the Joker, so I'm just wondering what kind of award we can give Dex for this impression.
