Boise Church Parking Lot to Be Converted to Houses
It's a place you may not have thought of for housing, but this unique new neighborhood is being built in the parking lot of this former Boise church.
Thirteen homes are under construction in the parking lot of what used to be the Trinity Presbyterian Church. The church was then converted to Lakewood Montessori School and now this new subdivision will wrap around the school, converting the parking lot into one and two-story homes according to Boisedev.com.
It seems like a pretty cool community to me with only thirteen homes on a private street wrapped around a school! (I've always dreamed of sending my kids out the door to go to school and it's just across the street!)
As you know, the Treasure Valley is booming, so I'd grab a home now if you can. Homes don't last long on the market and you might as well grab a piece of the pie!
