In the wake of terror, Boise is rallying around our friends in Orlando whose lives have been changed forever by the worst mass shooting in U.S. history.

Last night the steps of the Idaho Statehouse were filled with candlelight and another event was held yesterday afternoon by LGBT supporters and those morning with Orlando.

Vigils were held all over Idaho, including a candlelight vigil in Twin Falls at the Perrine Bridge.

The organization "Add the Words, Idaho" is also holding vigils around the state. "Add the Words" advocates adding the words "gender identity" and "sexual orientation" to the state's human rights act.

A vigil in Sandpoint will be held this evening through PFLAG from 6-8.

June is Pride Month. A city parade, rally, and festival this Saturday, June 18th.

Boise police are assuring protection and security for the LGBT this weeks pride events.

A Go Fund Me Page has been set up for the victims families and has raised over $1,300,000 so far.

Our thoughts and prayers are with victims families and loved ones. We love you Orlando.
