Boise PD has assigned 20 officers to be on the lookout for a very specific traffic infraction. This coming shortly before the "100 Deadliest Days" begin, a stretch of time where there are more traffic deaths annually in Idaho. In 2017, there were 90 traffic fatalities during Idaho's 100 deadliest days. So what is Boise PD looking for?

Boise police Cpl. Kyle Williams explains why authorities are going to make sure you're buckling up this summer:

I know that in Idaho, 65 percent of our fatal crashes due to unbelted, unrestrained occupants.
