Boise Staycation Day 1

You've see in on Food Network's "Diner's Drive-in's and Dives." Westside Drive-in is famous for the ice-cream potato and their prime rib dinner. We tried it all and gave it two thumbs up!

Located in the posh North End of Boise, Hyde Park features darling stores such as the G. Willikers Toy Store, Goody's Ice-cream Shop, and the home decor store Hyde and Seek.

Also located on the North End of Boise, this "park" features much more than a playground. The hike up Camels Back hill gives you incredible views of the city, plus they have an outdoor gym for adults, sand volleyball, tennis, and plenty of room to picnic and ball toss.

Located across the street from Roaring Springs, "The Shack" features finely shaved ice and every snow cone flavor imaginable. Plus, I always judge a snow cone shack by "do they offer cream?" Yes "The Shack" does for just .50 cents extra, plus they offer ice-cream, caramel, maui cream, and mini marshmallows!
