Can you do 22 push-ups? If the answer is yes...you can be a part of a movement to prevent veteran suicide.

Chip Schultz is a former Marine and one who is dedicated in spreading awareness about veteran suicide.

Did you know that between 18 and 22 military veterans take their own lives every day? Schultz is doing what he can to change that statistic.

To do so, he's taking the '22-day Push-Up Challenge, a national awareness campaign where you do 22 push-ups for 22 days (the 22 symbolizes the amount of veterans who take their lives every day). You video-tape your routine and share it on social media.

Living in the Treasure Valley, Schultz has found some really cool places to complete the challenge, including places like Lucky Peak,  BSU's blue turf, and even got Mayor Bieter to do push-ups with him too!

To participate, grab your phone and get to 'pushing,' then share your video HERE.
