Morrison Center Announces 2026–2027 Broadway in Boise Lineup

One of the things I’ve enjoyed most since moving from the Twin Falls area to Boise has been having easier access to live entertainment. In the past year, I’ve had the chance to take my wife to shows like The Lion King, and it’s been one of the best parts of living in a bigger metro.

The Morrison Center has officially announced its 2026–2027 Zions Bank Broadway in Boise season, and if you’re into live theater, this one looks like it’s going to be a fun lineup. The new season includes a mix of big-name musicals and returning favorites.

The 2026–2027 Broadway in Boise Lineup Includes Eight Shows

According to the Morrison Center’s official Broadway listings, the 2026–2027 Zions Bank Broadway in Boise season includes these productions:

& Juliet — October 20–25, 2026
Beauty and the Beast — December 2–6, 2026
Mrs. Doubtfire — January 26–31, 2027
Mark Twain Tonight! — February 6, 2027
The Book of Mormon — March 30–April 4, 2027
The Great Gatsby — April 20–25, 2027
A Beautiful Noise — May 18–23, 2027
The Sound of Music — June 8–13, 2027

I’m far from a refined theater officiando, but it looks like a solid lineup, especially if you like a season that mixes newer touring productions with titles you already know.

Morrison Center Says Season Ticket Waitlist Is Open Now

The Morrison Center says the season ticket waitlist is open now, and tickets will go on sale later this spring. A local report from KTVB also said season tickets will be available starting May 13, 2026, which gives you a rough idea of when to start watching for more ticket information. 

If you’ve ever thought about becoming a season subscriber, this is probably the kind of lineup that makes a good case for it.
