Dear Rick and Carly, 

I have been dating my boyfriend for a couple months. Last weekend, I met his family for the first time. I liked everyone except for his rude brother. He constantly put my boyfriend down and disrespected his family. My boyfriend did nothing to stop the situation and it took everything I had not to say anything. I want to punch the guy in the face! Should I say something to him about criticizing my man and his family or just stay quiet? Is it my place to say something?
