Dogs Poisoned in Canyon County

Twelve of the fourteen dogs have died.

According to The Capitol Press, fourteen stock and guard dogs were poisoned with strychnine - a chemical that is typically used to kill rodents like gophers.

A vet who examined some of the dogs says that the poisonings were likely intentional.
