The Famous Idaho Potato Bowl game is scheduled for December 22nd at 130pm on the blue turf at Albertsons Stadium. This is the 24th annual for the Idaho Potato Bowl. This year it will be The University of Nevada Wolf Pack representing the Mountain West Conference taking on Tulane University Green Wave from the American Athletic Conference. Nevada has made it into the Potato Bowl the last three years, this is Tulane's first time though.

“We are excited to welcome two teams with a lot left to prove,” Kevin McDonald the executive director of the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl said. “Nevada has a great history in our bowl game. We enjoyed hosting Coach Jay Norvell and his team last season and look forward to welcoming them back. There is a unique excitement surrounding the game when we get to bring a new team to Boise, and when a team is on a roll to end the season. Tulane checks both of those boxes.”
