
Fatal Idaho Crash Claims 77-Year-Old Woman
Idaho State Police are reporting that a single-vehicle crash occurred Thursday, October 23, 2025, at about 5:09 p.m. on southbound I-15 near milepost 183, just north of Spencer in Clark County.
Vehicle and Occupants in Spencer I-15 Crash
A 77-year-old woman from Lethbridge, Canada was driving a 1996 Dodge van southbound on I-15 in Cark County. A 76-year-old man from the same city was the passenger. For unreported reasons, the van left the roadway on the left side and came to rest in the left lane of northbound I-15.
Seat Belt Use, Injuries, and Fatality Reported by ISP
The driver was wearing a seat belt and was taken by ground ambulance to a local hospital. The passenger was not wearing a seat belt and died at the scene.

I-15 Northbound Lane Closure and Traffic Delays Near Milepost 183
After the accident, the left northbound lane of I-15 was blocked for about four hours while crews worked the scene.

Idaho State Police was assisted by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office and Clark County EMS.
