Randy Rogers Band will be here in January. They are a Treasure Valley favorite and they have a new single from their "Neon" album. It's in our Future Hit At Five Spotlight tonight.

Idaho, and more specifically the Boise area, are one of the top selling states for Randy Rogers Band outside their home state of Texas. The guys are no stranger to the valley and typically make an annual trip to perform for the fan base here in the Treasure Valley.

Why is a band from Texas so popular in Idaho? My opinion...it's because most Idahoans can relate to Randy and his music. His gritty vocals are real, and Randy Rogers looks like a guy that would be just as comfortable running a ranch, swinging a hammer, or driving a tractor as he is singing. Their songs are story songs, and touch on real emotions that all of us in Idaho have experienced at one time or another. In short, Randy Rogers isn't your typical country star, he's one of us.

They'll be here on January 19, 2018 at the Knitting Factory. Tickets are on sale now, and it won't be a surprise if the show sells out pretty quickly. Those who hesitate, may be too late.

The guys have a new single called "Meet Me Tonight" and it's in our Future Hit At Five spotlight tonight. The video below includes a lot of footage shot here in Idaho. You'll recognize the Stanley Basin, the Sawtooth mountains, and Wilson's Club in Hagerman.

Enjoy!
