If your furry baby gets sick you'd take him to the vet to get better, right? Well, what if your beloved goldfish was ill, would you pay for a surgery to save his life?

Well 10-year-old George the Goldfish's humans did, they paid for a surgery to remove a tumor on his little head. A little swim around an anesthetic-laced bucket and four stitches later, George was free of the tumor and swimming around freely.
