That's how it all started for Mr. V's Family Restaurant in Caldwell. It started in 1971 when Morris Vavold Sr. and his son Jim Vavold purchased what is now Mr. V's Family Restaurant. They purchased the property and brick by brick the restaurant was built by the family until the doors opened in 1975.
