What started as road rage ended in a man being kidnapped, bound and killed right here in Idaho. 

 

William Bo Kirk was kidnapped from his driveway, bound, and shot dead after an apparent road rage incident with suspect David E. Hutto who is pictured above.

 

The crime happened in Coeur d'Alene as night fell on October 22nd. Kirk was driving home from a hospital when the suspect became upset over Kirk's driving and he followed him home.

 

Kirk, the victim, was found 3 days later near a shooting range in Hayden Creek.

 

According to the New York Daily News, Hutto not only killed Kirk, who is a father to 3, but he then drained his bank account, and set fire to his SUV.

 

Police finally caught up to Hutto at a Burger King in Coeur d'Alene 3 days after the body was discovered and he now being charged with murder.
