Idaho Should Pass This Law

I think this is really cool, way to go Tennessee!

I am not one that can read dog abuse stories, even if it has a happy ending I just can't do it. I may go as far as to admitting I am typically that person that is more concerned for the dog in the movie than anything else.

We can always do more to prevent animal abuse, so when I saw this article it made my heart happy. I would love to see this in Idaho. Just one more step, right?
