Boise Reacts, Shares Stories, Following Danielson's Promotion

It's no secret that the energy missing from Boise State football over the past season has reemerged over the last few weeks. Now, with energy at an all-time high, it is clear that the 'uncertainty' surrounding the program has gone away, as well.

In a move unprecedented for Boise State football, head coach Andy Avalos was dismissed mid-season by the program--with three games remaining for the season. A search committee was formed, professionals were interviewed, and as announced on Sunday, December 3rd, they didn't need to go much further than their own back yard.

Defensive Coordinator and interim Head Coach, Spencer Danielson, has been named the next permanent head coach of the program.

Fans were happy about the feel-good-story that is one of success and acheivement--Danielson, the long time assistant, got the job. It didn't take long for folks to start sharing their own experiences with the guy that so many love.
