The great thing about school lunches is that it provides those with food insecurities a consistent, healthy meal. So, with all the school closures, some families are in a tough spot. Luckily, a ton of folks all over the Treasure Valley are stepping up to help those in need.

The Kuna School District and the Kuna Boys & Girls Club are teaming up to provide students 18 and under 'Grab & Go' lunches and breakfasts. The service will begin tomorrow and bags will be available from 11:30 a.m. -1 p.m. Monday-Friday. There are three locations participating:

Kuna Boys and Girls Club @ Ross Elementary (610 N. School Ave., Kuna, ID)
Reed Elementary (1670 Linder Road, Kuna, ID)
Kuna High School (637 East Deerflat Road, Kuna, ID)

The great thing about this awesome service is that families don't have to have a student that is enrolled in a Kuna school to receive a FREE breakfast or lunch. The Kuna Food Pantry is also available to families in need. It's located across from Ross Elementary and is open from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. M-F.
