Other Things to Do Around Salt Lake City
You'll probably be too busy enjoying the music, but if you don't get to Salt Lake City very often, there are a few things I highly recommend checking out while you're there. Maybe you can take an extra day and squeeze in a little more fun. City Creek in downtown Salt Lake City is worth a stop. It’s a large outdoor mall in downtown Salt Lake. It’s like a city within a city. I’ve spent more hours than I can count hanging out in the food court or grabbing something to eat while my wife and daughter shopped till they dropped.

Loveland Living Planet Aquarium, Utah
The Loveland Living Planet Aquarium in nearby Draper feels like it just opened yesterday, but it's actually been around at its current location since 2014. And for an aquarium in a landlocked state, this place is pretty epic.
They've got sharks, penguins, sea turtles, and a massive indoor rainforest. There's even a 40-foot underwater shark tunnel that lets you get up close and personal with the marine life.

Park City, Utah Fall Colors
If time permits, take a drive up to Park City, Utah. This time of year, the fall colors can be incredible.
But don’t hold me to that. It might be just a tad too late in the season to catch the best colors, but I'm hoping the warmer weather might have extended the season.
And even if the leaves are a little past their expiration date, you can always spend some time shopping at the factory outlets in Park City or checking out the shops and restaurants along historic Main Street.
