McDonald’s Announces First Ever Spicy Spin on McNuggets Flavor

It's what I grew up eating with my Happy Meal at McDonald's, Chicken McNuggets. I would actually order their hot mustard sauce to dip them in. I can taste it right now.

That was then and the only fast food I'm really getting is a Happy Meal for the kids. My son's favorite is the Chicken McNuggets. Wonder where he gets that from? Well, we have a new flavor.

People love their spicy versions of almost anything. McDonald's is about to do something they haven't done in 40 years. Say hello to the Spicy Chicken McNuggets. Wouldn't that be a McSpicy? Don't leave your boxed lunch quite yet because it's not going to be for a few weeks. You can plan your cheat day for September 16, 2020, and this looks like a test. I read a limited time disclaimer which means they just plan on seeing what customer's interests are.

We saw the chicken frenzy with sold-out Popeye's chicken sandwiches. I remember them being trolled by other fast-food restaurants hence Chicken Wars. McDonald's is hoping to ride those coattails and help the already declining pandemic numbers.

I'll admit that I was one of the takers that ran into Wendy's when they announced Spicy Chicken Nuggets. I guess marketing works!
