Multi-Use Project Breaks Ground in Downtown Meridian
The plans to develop downtown Meridian are taking shape. According to KTVB, City Center Redevelopment broke ground yesterday on a new multi-use building known as Old Town Lofts. The two four-story buildings will be built on the corner of Main Street and Broadway Avenue and Meridian Road and Idaho Avenue.
The buildings will feature 15,000 square feet of "commercial, retail and restaurant space on the ground floor, and a total of more than 100 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments on the upper floors."
According to KTVB, there are already several businesses interested in leasing space in the new buildings that are set to be completed by October 2020. You can take a look at what the building will look like HERE.
