Newest Addition to our Family

Meet Maple, the newest addition to my family.  We have had her less than a week but I wanted to show you the pictures when she is a baby and share some adorable stories with you as I'm sure you have many of those stories yourself of your pets and it will bring back nice memories for you.  I hope to bring her to some WOW104.3 events so she can meet you.

Maple has come at a very interesting time in our lives.  Our beloved cat Mimi passed away this fall and left my kids and I feeling lonely for a pet.  I didn't want to rush into anything until I thought long and hard about the responsibility of a dog.  A cat where I live is a little scary.  There are a lot of fox and some big mean neighbor cats so I just was worried that we'd loose another cat.  We miss having a dog and so my kids finally (and quite easily) talked me into this little beauty.  Welcome Maple!
