It’s Official: Exciting New Downtown Boise Restaurant Now Open
The doors are open to a new downtown restaurant that has been in the works since late last year. The restaurant owned by the Wylder Hospitality Group, which also owns the Wylder, Certified Kitchen + Bakery, The Roosevelt Market, and the Wyld Child have added to their group.
The Percy Restaurant is at 400 S. 4th Street in Boise, Idaho. The Percy Restaurant is open Tuesday through Sunday from 4 pm to 9:30 pm and will offer a full food & beverage menu. They serve upscale American Cuisine. You'll surely find something for everyone on their menu, from delicious starters like Romanesco to the Maitake Burger, Organic Rotisserie Chicken, and much more.
With their craft cocktails, wine by the glass, and beer selection, there is something to quench your thirst. The inside of the restaurant is gorgeous. According to Boise Dev, this is going to be a place that if you're coming down from Bogus after skiing, this can be a place for you. If you want to enjoy a special occasion, this is also going to place for you.
Inside the kitchen, they have a wood fire and a rotisserie. The Percy Restaurant holds around 150 seats and is about 5300 square feet. They will accommodate walk-ins, but reservations are highly encouraged and can be made very easily on their website using Resy.
And if you're worried about your little ones and what they'll enjoy, they also have a kid's menu that includes a Little Percy Cheeseburger, Rotisserie Chicken with Buttered Noodles, Grilled Cheese, and some sides to go with it.
