RASCAL FLATTS SHOW CANCELLED

Rascal Flatts announced today that due to unforeseen illness with lead singer Gary LeVox, the following shows scheduled for this week have been cancelled:

• Thursday, August 7 - Idaho Center Amphitheater – Nampa, ID
• Friday, August 8 -  Northern Quest Casino & Resort – Airway Heights, WA
• Saturday, August 9 – Rocking’ River Music Festival – Mission, BC, CAN

On the cancellations, Rascal Flatts bassist Jay DeMarcus said, "It is incredibly difficult to make the decision to cancel shows and disappoint our loyal fans who have been so good to us over the years.  The schedule of shows this past weekend, coupled with media days in New York City, have left him without a voice. We promise to return as soon as we can and give our fans the best show possible!” 

Ticketholders should contact their venue for refund information. 

Refunds for the August 7th Ford Idaho Center Amphitheater show will be available as follows:

If you purchased your ticket at an ICtickets outlet, ICtickets.com, or at the box office with a debit/credit card your card will automatically be refunded.  Those who paid with cash or check can receive a refund from ICtickets:

If you choose a refund by cash, please bring your tickets, to the ICtickets office at 16114 Idaho Center Boulevard, Nampa ID.  ICtickets normal business hours for walk up transactions are 10am – 5pm Monday through Friday.  Refunds may be obtained beginning Thursday, August 7th. 

If you choose a refund by check, please take the following steps:

1.         Photocopy your ticket(s) and keep the copy for your records.

2.         Mail the original ticket(s) to:  ICtickets, 16114 Idaho Center Blvd #1, Nampa ID 83687.

3.         Also include your name and address where the check should be mailed.  You should receive your check within 2 weeks.
