Read Across America – Pierce Park Elementary

To celebrate Dr. Seuss's 110th birthday, schools, libraries, and bookstores around the country took part in 'Read Across America." Here at WOW 104.3, we wanted to do our part and read to the wee ones too. I got the chance to read to some really awesome first-graders at Pierce Park Elementary.

I had such an amazing time, and I even got to wear a cool 'Cat In The Hat' hat while reading my favorite Dr. Seuss book, 'Green Eggs And Ham.'

Thanks to Pierce Park for letting me come and read, and of course Dr. Seuss for giving us all a little happiness!
